The Villa Mendoza is situated in the Spanish town of Nerja, approximately 55km (34 miles) east of Malaga, on the Costa del Sol.
Within 200 metres of the sea, and offering spacious accommodation on three floors, the villa is suitable for large families with children, but with its pool and terraces (one leading off the master bedroom) would equally suit a couple looking for that luxury Villa experience.

During the Autumn of 2007 the Villa was fitted with full air conditioning "Climate Control", each bedroom now has a stand alone unit, as does the main lounge. Offering heating or cooling as required.
The Villa has also been fitted with extra security features, such as sliding window grills and a new locking front gate.
